Vince is the founder and owner of The Company, having established the salon back in 2004. Over the years, he has worked tirelessly to build a thriving business in Horsham, earning a reputation for his unwavering commitment to the highest standards and exceptional client care.
Running the salon keeps him busy, so unfortunately Vince doesn’t have time to indulge in his passion for hairdressing anymore. Yet with over 22 years of experience, he has honed his skills to become a specialist in bespoke cutting. Despite his years in the industry, Vince remains fascinated and amazed by the power of a great haircut, and he brings this enthusiasm to every client he ever worked with.
Vince’s commitment to his craft and his clients is evident in everything he does. Whether he’s running the business or behind the chair, he is dedicated to delivering outstanding results and ensuring that every client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied.
It’s worth noting that Vince’s is no longer taking on clients. Richard - Creative Director
Richard is one of our most experienced stylists and has been an integral part of our team for the past decade. Prior to joining us, he honed his skills in some of London’s most prestigious salons, and he brings that expertise to our clients every day.
Richard is not only an expert stylist but also our main salon trainer, ensuring that every member of our team delivers the highest standards when it comes to bespoke haircuts. Thanks to his commitment to excellence, we are now open on Mondays, making The Company available when you need us most.
