What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens, we get it. And if you rebook at the end of every appointment, you can’t always know what you’ll be doing in six weeks time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a call and we’ll fit you in as close to your original appointment as we can.

We send you a confirmation text three days before you’re due to come and see us as a helpful reminder. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, that way, we can try and fill your slot with an appointment for someone on our cancellations list.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.  However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your service fee.
